As a group the players were emotionally charged each time you sent your messages to me - I shared them. Those words were powerful and they had an impact on the group that translated into wins.

Your motivation and inspiration lit a flame in this team that certainly attributed to this past season’s success.
I believe that you being our culture coach had a positive impact on our program. For starters I think it was beneficial to have an outside perspective on how our team functions.
As our culture coach, you have motivated us, and taught us many ways to improve the relationships we build with our teammates.
As part of the leadership group it has opened my eyes tremendously as to how different each person is, and how to lead without a captains band.
By you coming I think it made our team have to come together and become one unit, which I believed helped us make it as far as we did.
From A High School Administrator
Having Brett join our Hamburg Team this year has been invaluable. We were looking to continue and enhance our focus in the District of creating a"culture of kindness." Brett took time to learn the details of what we had accomplished, and provided great insight into what we could do to move forward. By far the best part was seeing Brett in action. He was able to stand behind the plan, and his almost immediate connection with students and staff was amazing. Showing students we care is one of the most important parts of our job every day. Brett cares about students and does whatever it takes to help them be successful in their own way.

From A Teacher
One of my favorite guest speaker experiences in my 17 years of teaching was having Brett Gould present to my sophomore students. The students enrolled in this mandatory course based on anti-bullying and positive behavior were very negative about “having to be there.” I was looking for a way to motivate and create a positive environment for them and I was impressed by the educational opportunity presented by Mr. Gould.
Over a four week period of guest appearances, Mr. Gould engaged my students in ways that I never thought possible. Many of these young people had a track record of being difficult when it came to cooperating with outsiders. His techniques for connecting with these students were impressive and I saw a vast improvement in not only their behavior in the classroom, but in the school environment as well.
He drew their attention by making his process relatable to their everyday life. Presenting his theory in a logical, relatable manner that students seemed to really embrace, made the process quite a success. My experience in teaching has revealed that a majority of students, and adults as well, act most often on impulse rather than assessing the situation in a meaningful and intelligent manner. The educational experience that Brett offers helps them to build their future around a more productive and intellectual process, that is both easy to understand and remember.

From A College Professor
Every college professor or coach looking to establish a real rapport with his or her students should consider inviting Brett Gould to campus to talk about the art of "becoming" or rediscovering who we are. His work helped me to reach out in a really significant way to my students. He helped me to create a memorable class that many students will remember far beyond the content I discussed in class."
