What does it mean to live #TheMVPLife?
Living #TheMVPLife isn't about an award for one person, it's a commitment to something far more significant. It's about building relationships and creating a team of influence. It's laying the foundation that is identity, destiny and legacy for each person and team's journey. It's Mental. Verbal. Physical. How we see things mentally informs what we say about them verbally, and that impacts if and when we have success doing them physically. Game-changers get it. They see the value in it, can't wait to share the joy they experience from it, and approach each day as a gift to get to do it all over again!
If that sounds like something you'd like to learn more about we should have a conversation. When you see all of the ways it comes to life in the everyday thoughts, words, and actions of your team members and organization you'll never see life the same way again...nor will you want to. Are you ready? I can't wait to hear your heart for your players and team(s), and cast vision together about how to bring this teaching to your group of game-changers!

Why should I have a Culture Coach for my team, club, athletes, etc...?
Are you interested in making the decision to be intentional about building relationships so that you create leaders, and teams, of influence?
That is a powerful way to look at our journey. No matter what work you are called to, you'll be interacting with and leading people. If it's possible that members of your team don't seem to be on the same page, speaking the same language, having a Culture Coach can help put a Problem-Solving and Decision-Making filter in place that will help you get there. When that starts to be the rhythm of how your culture operates, progress isn't far behind! We all need a process for our progress. Not a magic formula. A process. More on that when we meet.
What is Culture Coaching?
Let's start with what it is NOT...
Culture Coaching isn't a magic cure-all fix that means you'll never run into roadblocks and setbacks. If someone is bragging about how they can do that, lace up the best pair of runners you can find, and run in the opposite direction.
Culture Coaching is NOT...
Counseling or Legal Advising. I'm not a therapist or an attorney.
Culture Coaching IS...
Teaching...
FOR YOUR TEAM:
Think about the last handful of problems you had to solve or decisions you had to make. How did they work out? If someone on your team, other than you, had made the final choice would it have been what you would have done? If the choices would have been different, would you be ok with the result? Do you feel like everyone on your team is approaching how you do what you do from the same perspective? If you are answering these questions with a "no" or "maybe", having a Culture Coach is a way to put a filter in place that will help turn those "no" answers to a "yes". It keeps the mindset you want your people to have functioning more clearly and helps keep out (think "filter out") choices that clog up your process, and stall your momentum.
The confidence you have as a leader can be taught to your team, but it requires more than the best of intentions. Nothing wrong with those. We all have them. But how can we turn them into actual intentionality? #TheMVPLife.
Culture Coaching is a resource. It's support. It's a gap-filler, bridge-builder, and conversation starter.
It takes the stuck stuff and gets it moving again.
It's simply put...a competitive advantage you have because you see things before your competition does.
FOR THE INDIVIDUAL ATHLETE:
#TheMVPLife helps each athlete you are working with learn, and leverage, "THE BIG 3".
#TheMVPLife is also a powerful multiplier as your athletes unleash their potential here...
Imagine a student-athlete that is clicking on all cylinders in their chosen sport(s), in the classroom, and as a leader in their community? If they were your peer, would you feel compelled to follow, and learn, from them? I sure would!
Who is Culture Coaching for?
Culture Coaching is for people who want to be part of the solution while the world, and your competition, is busy complaining about the problem. #TheMVPLife is a filter that sets your team members up to have success with their Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making.
It's not a cure-all, but it sure is a competitive advantage that doesn't ever have to end.
If you haven't noticed, my passion for this process extends far beyond sports.
#TheMVPLife is just that...life.
We all have a role to play.
Parents, players, coaches, administrators, community members, and the list goes on.
#TheMVPLife helps all of us unite our efforts in our pursuit to...
If this sounds like something you want for yourself/your athletes, I would love to talk with you about next steps.

- Helping people and teams discover their identity, chase their destiny, and leave a powerful legacy.
- Turning the values you feel, into choices you are excited about, through conversations you are intentional about.
- Providing a perspective from an outside point of view. (Seeing things differently will help you speak about next steps intentionally and act accordingly. #TheMVPLife turns ideas into conversations that turn into momentum.
